  • assess program needs and initiate quality assurance plan
  • report monthly to the Board of Director's with necessary reports
  • serve as an ex-officio member of all board committees
  • attend all board meetings and trainings as required
  • ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • review and ensure that the organization meets all legal and contract requirements
  • oversee program development
  • supervise staff and volunteers
  • oversee all financial transactions and fiduciary activities
  • community partner involvement
  • effective fundraising skills
